Helping organizations turn belonging into practice and navigate the realities of human experience at work.
I focus on the moments that are often hardest for teams and organizations to navigate — conflict, disconnection, burnout, grief, and the impact of power and identity in everyday interactions.
Drawing on a background in education, behavioral health, and chaplaincy, I work at both the relational and systems level — helping teams build practical skills while also examining the policies, practices, and conditions that shape how people experience an organization. The goal is not just to respond more effectively in the moment, but to strengthen the environments that make belonging, accountability, and well-being more sustainable over time.
